THAT IS SO TRUE !!!
BUT I GUESS YOUNGSTERS THESE DAYS THINK OF BEING AGGRESSIVE AS "SWAG OR STYLE ICON"  BECAUSE THE SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS  , TV, CELEBS, SPORTSTAR SHOWS AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR WHICH GOES VIRAL VERY FREQUENTLY AND BECAUSE OF THAT THEIR POPULARITY INCREASES WHICH LURES THE YOUNGSTERS INTO BELIEVING THAT IT'S THE AGGRESSIVENESS THAT DRIVES PEAK PERFORMANCE .

 THAT'S A TOTAL MYTH!!!! 
HERE'S THE TRUTH

THERE'S A VERY FINE LINE BETWEEN BEING DRIVEN BY OBSSESION AND BEING AGGRESSIVE .

AND THAT LINE GET CROSSED WHEN U DON'T HAVE MASTERY OVER THE SITUATION U R IN AND U CROSS THE LINE BECOMING ANGRY CREATING MESS FOR U AND THOSE  AROUND U.

SO GUYS U MUST SEE THE HEALTHY COMPETITIVENESS THERE IS . THEIR EXPECTATIONS FROM THEMSELVES AND TEAM MEMBERS ARE TOO HIGH WHICH MAKES THEM VICTIM OF ANGER  EASILY.

BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE WITH THE PEOPLE OUT THERE . WHY DO THEY BECOME ANGRY SO EASILY?

MAJOR REASON IS INTERNET !!!!

INTERNET IS A NEARLY A CAPSULE OF INFINITE POTENTIAL DRUG TO  PROVIDE U DOPAMINE SUFFICIENT ENOUGH FOR 1000'S OF YEARS AND STILL KEEP ON GOING
 AND WE DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME !!!

I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE USING MOBILE 0F 5000MAH BATTERY WITH BATTERY BACK UP IN THEIR HAND DURING MY COLLEGE TIME FROM 9-5 SAYING THEY CHARGE THEIR  CELL PHONE 3 TIMES APPROX. 15000MAH BATTERY CONSUMPTION!!!!

DOING WHAT?
INSTA, WHATSAPP, FACEBOOK, SOME DATING SITES THE  WHOLE DAY !!!

THAT'S THE POWER OF DOPAMINE!!!!!!

 MAKING U MOMENTARILY FORGET ABOUT YOUR WEAKNESSES, SKILLS, CIRCUMSTANCES,INSECURITIES . U R HAPPY AND KING OF THE WORLD.

 THEY BECOME ANGRY SO EASILY BECAUSE IN THEIR MIND IS A CONTINUOUS SUPPLY OF DOPAMINE GOING ON EITHER THROUGH SONGS, VARIOUS SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS , OR SOME INTERESTING CHATTING GOING ON IN THEIR MIND

AND WHEN U DISRUPT THEM EITHER VERY GENTLY OR GETTING IN VOCAL FIGHT. U R CUTTING THE DOPAMINE SUPPLY  AND U BECAME THEIR WORST ENEMY!!!

PEOPLE ARE SHOOTING EACH OTHER OVER SMALL TRIFLES .

JUST WAIT GUYS!!!

TRIFLES USED TO HAPPEN EARLIER ALSO BUT TODAY BLOOD IS SHED OVER TINY MATTERS AS IF THERE IS NO OTHER WAY THAN TO KILL EACH OTHER.

THAT'S THE CRAVING OF DOPAMINE MAKING HUMANS RUTHLESS BEAST WHO CAN GO TO ANY HEIGHTS TO SATISFY THOSE CRAVINGS.

HOW TO DEAL WITH SUCH A MENACE?
 1. ANTICIPATION-
WHENEVER U GET INTO A SITUATION WHERE U THINK THAT U CAN LOSE UR CONTROL. JUST BACK OFF!!!!

ANGER IS NOT AN ACT COMMITTED BY SOMEONE  VOLUNTARILY. IT'S THE DISPUTE AMONGST 2 OR MORE PEOPLE WHERE BOTH OF THEM HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THIS CAUSE {RATIO OF CONTRIBUTION MAY DIFFER}
AND IF U TAKE OUT ONE ANGER CONSTITUENT , ANGER WOULD DIE ON ITS OWN


BACK OFF MEANS AVOIDING PEOPLE WHO PISS U OFF, AVOID TRAFFIC JAMS (EITHER LEAVE EARLY OR LATE) AND OTHER SORTS OF ACTIVITIES THAT CAN THROW U OFF TRACK MAKING U FEEL MISERABLE TRIGGERING ANGER IN RESULT.

THOSE PERFECTIONS WILL NEVER EXIST IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD.IT'S THE IMPERFECTION OF HUMAN BEINGS THAT GIVES THEM DRIVE TO WORK OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY IN THE HOPE OF REACHING THAT RESULT CREATING PROGRESS IN LIFE.FILLING UP OUR FLAWS AND CREATING HAPPINESS ON DAILY BASIS.
 
5.DEVELOP INTERPERSONAL SKILLS-

THIS WON'T HELP U PREVENTING BECOMING ANGRY. BUT IT CAN REDUCE THE DAMAGE DONE BY ANGRY PERSON IF U CAN CONVINCE THEM SATISFACTORILY
