Suppose you are a farmer and wanna grow something but suddenly someone comes and tells you that there is better fertile land than the current place where you are planting so you pull it off and Plant it somewhere else hence again someone comes and years passes by with you nothing in your hand. Self Doubt is exactly the same which lets you reap nothing although you have been planting your whole life. Stick to something for Long enough 5-7 years and then say it doesn't work before that just put in the fucking work.

And especially in body building sector , people die because of kidney failure due to excessive proteins they take to bypass the process. Process guarantees Longevity while shortcut is a money making act.
