Hi Guys Today I am gonna be telling you why humility is essential for the Leaders.

Leaders need to be humble because they need to connect with people from different backgrounds and Culture which are always varying and becoming arrogant means the leader has an attitude of he Knows it all .

Example-

There is a doctor near me who offer people same prescription in  the Flu season😂😂 and now his patients have found a new doctor and definitely his earning would have been affected.

This will always happen because you are mixing certainty in an uncertain profession.

Stay humble always to connect effectively.

Hey guys in life basically you have two options first one is to improve yourself and the second one is to compare yourself most either don't know about improving them self or in what area to improve or how to improve as parents from early childhood starts telling then the philosophy of comparison like your classmates is scoring that much , he is handsome , she is pretty , He is short , quick or Tall .
