So what that myth is let's start cigarettes reduce stress if that would be there then the smokers will be more relaxed than the non smoker and hardly I have ever witnessed this scenario also if it help them to relax then there would be more focused than non smokers but that is hardly the case in them the truth is they are addicted to nicotine addiction which starts to fade away from the blood after 8 hours of its consumption and that withdrawal is what causes the itch to form and light up the next cigarette which keeps cycle alive and the person dead.

All the youngster have been massively brainwiz what the grave is the drug it's not a some stress relaxing antidote for providing more focus medicine is nothing that it's a business built on Revenue which loses 5 million customers on yearly basis so they have to put a new customers in the place by brainwashing you day in and day out.
